We don't sell video.
We honour six promises about how it's made.

Before discussing timelines or budgets, understand what we refuse to compromise on. These principles govern every shoot, edit, and delivery.

I

Narrative precedes equipment

We will never spec a camera rig before the story is clear. The most expensive lens in the world cannot rescue an aimless brief. Story first — always.

II

Sound is half the picture

Audiences forgive imperfect visuals far sooner than poor audio. We record, mix, and master sound with the same intensity we bring to the grade.

III

Deadlines are sacred, not aspirational

A delivery date is a contract, not a suggestion. We build buffer into our production calendar so your launch date is never at risk.

IV

Feedback loops are finite

Endless revision cycles erode quality. We agree on two structured review rounds — enough to refine, not enough to dilute.

V

Ownership transfers completely

When a project concludes, every file — raw footage, project files, licensed music stems — belongs to you. No hostage assets, no lock-in.

VI

Pricing is disclosed before a single hour is billed

We quote fixed fees. If scope changes, we re-quote before proceeding. You will never receive a surprise invoice from us.

The Provideo Promises Manifesto

"We believe the video industry has become addicted to spectacle at the expense of substance. We exist to prove that disciplined craft and genuine storytelling deliver more lasting value than trend-chasing ever will."

Founded in Huelland in 2019, Provideo Promises emerged from a frustration with production houses that prioritised gear lists over genuine connection with audiences. Our team of four works intentionally small — because intimacy with a project produces better work than scale ever could.

We serve organisations that understand video is not a commodity. If you need a quick social clip factory, we are not the right partner. If you need a film that earns trust and moves people to act, read on.

Social Media Content Mills

We do not produce high-volume, low-touch social clips. If you need 30 TikToks a month, we'll happily refer you to someone who specialises in that.

Not Offered

Wedding Videography

Beautiful craft, but not our craft. We focus exclusively on commercial and organisational video. We can recommend excellent wedding filmmakers in the region.

Honest Boundary

Why we list what we don't do

Transparency about limits is Principle VI in action. Knowing our boundaries means you'll never receive mediocre work from us in a domain we haven't mastered.

Client Note — Tidal Energy Cork "Provideo delivered our investor film two days ahead of schedule. The board watched it three times before approving the capital raise. It was that compelling." — Declan Forde, CFO
Client Note — Huelland Arts Council "They captured our festival in a way that made funders understand why it matters. Applications for next year's grants doubled." — Siobhán Ní Cheallaigh, Director
Client Note — Meridian Logistics "Our safety training video reduced incident reports by a third in the first quarter after rollout. Worth every cent." — Tomás Buckley, Operations Lead

A Perspective on Video That Lasts

The average corporate video is watched for 11 seconds before the viewer scrolls away. That statistic haunts us — not because attention spans are short, but because most corporate video earns exactly the attention it deserves: very little.

The problem is almost never production quality. Modern cameras produce gorgeous images out of the box. The problem is almost always structural: no clear audience, no emotional arc, no reason for a viewer to care past the opening logo sting.

We spend more time in pre-production than most houses spend on the entire project. By the time we arrive on set, every shot has a purpose, every interview question is designed to surface genuine emotion, and the edit is already mapped in our heads.

This approach is slower. It's also why our completion-to-publication rate sits at 100% — every film we've finished has been published and used, not shelved.

By the numbers — but honestly We've completed 68 projects since founding. Not hundreds. Not thousands. Sixty-eight films, each one carrying our name and our promises. We could take on more volume, but volume is not our metric. Repeat engagement is: 19 of our 23 clients have commissioned more than one project.

Who we are, briefly: Four people — a director-editor, a cinematographer-colourist, a sound engineer-mixer, and a producer who keeps everything on schedule. We contract specialist crew (lighting techs, drone operators, makeup) per-project as needed.

We are based at 175 Dolores Spring, Huelland, W83 0B1N, Ireland, and travel anywhere on the island for production. Cross-border or UK shoots are possible with advance planning.
